Keyboard cannot work |

My new keyboard doesn't work on CS682 keyboard console port, could you help me to solve this problem?

This might be a compatibility with the keyboard ,please use hotkey to disable the Mouse Emulation :
(Note your keyboard must be connected to the CS682's keyboard console port)
1. Press [Scroll Lock] twice
(If you changed the hotkey to [Ctrl]， please use [Ctrl] here)
2. Press [M]
3. Press [Enter]
4. Plug your keyboard into the CS682's mouse port and verify if you can use your keyboard.
If the keyboard is working you can use an USB powered HUB to connect both keyboard and mouse on the CS682 mouse port.
Please note in this configuration you will not able to use the hotkeys. |
