Subject :
CL5708's Keyboard and TouchPad do not work properly
Description :
I've attached a HP Proliant380 G6 Server running Windows Server 2003 to a CL5708 LCD KVM switch, and the keyboard and mouse do not work. How can I fix this?
Solution :
This issue will appear to happen with some HP servers, due to a hardware compatibility issue. To fix this, upgrade the firmware of the CL5708 LCD KVM from V1.3.123 to V1.3.126.
